College & University Partners
Coaching4Change is dedicated to recruiting, training, and providing ongoing support to hundreds of diverse and talented college students throughout the school year and summer. C4C directly works with college/ university faculty and staff to make this paid internship program accessible to students.
Partnering with Coaching4Change offers colleges/universities a unique opportunity to enrich their communities while making a significant impact on the lives of both K-12 and college students. By collaborating with C4C, institutions can actively contribute to the recruitment, training, and continuous support that College Mentors need to thrive. This partnership not only enhances the college’s commitment to diversity and inclusion but also provides students with access to paid internships, learning opportunities, and real-world experiences that prepare them for successful futures. Together, we can create a vibrant ecosystem that fosters growth, innovation, and leadership among the next generation of changemakers. Join C4C in its mission to empower students to reach their full potential while enhancing your school’s impact in the community.
Additionally, C4C partners with colleges and universities to provide work-study opportunities for college mentors, allowing students to balance their academic responsibilities while gaining valuable professional experience.

Testimonials

“I’m grateful to work in partnership to provide great mentorship opportunities to students who will benefit greatly from having someone on their side. Our students have loved being part of the C4C team.”
Brown University

“C4C has helped me find direction as I finish undergrad and begin looking into graduate programs. I was not entirely sure of a future in education, but having been able to get experience in the classroom and meet kids I have found a career path in teaching that I might have not found otherwise. I switched my major to elementary education with an extended certificate in middle school all because I fell in love with working with kids through C4C mentoring!”
