Jessica Tellez, Chief Impact Officer

Jessica joined Coaching4Change in 2021 where she serves as the organization’s first Chief Impact Officer. As CIO, she has overall operational responsibility for ensuring an integrated approach to programmatic and growth efforts, bridging strategy, execution, and results. With a comprehensive background in program management, partnership development, and technology implementation, Jessica is committed to advancing Coaching4Change’s mission of empowering college students to ignite change for the next generation.

Jessica brings 12+ years of education, youth, and workforce development experience including within the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Educational Technology and YouthBuild USA. She firmly believes that people are the cornerstone of organizational success and is deeply committed to fostering transparency and collaboration to collectively tackle educational inequity.

Jessica is a proud first-generation college graduate, with a MA in Urban Education Policy from Brown University, and a BA in Political Science & Chicano Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso. She currently serves as co-chair of Education Pioneers’ New England Alumni Board. Jessica enjoys weekend trips to nowhere, all things fandom/geek culture, and is a voracious podcast consumer.
