Susan has spent the majority of her career immersed in youth development focused on organizations that are working to address the barriers that impact the ability of children to thrive. Prior to joining Coaching4Change she served as the Director of Development for Re-Imagining Migration, the Director of Grants Development for the Old Colony Y, the Development Coordinator for School on Wheels of Massachusetts and Executive Director of Boys & Girls Club of Brockton. With a firm commitment to ensuring that every child feels welcome, connected and engaged in their school and community, she is passionate about equal opportunity in education.
